This website is run by Zaven Martyrosian. Questions about your data can be sent to hello@zavenmartyrosian.com.

The contact form

When you send a message through the form, we receive your name, your email address, the text of your message and, if you arrived through an “Enquire about this painting” link, the name of that painting.

This data is used only to reply to you. It arrives as an email in the website owner’s mailbox and is not stored on the website itself. The email passes through Cloudflare’s email service and the website owner’s email provider.

Spam protection

To tell people from automated programs, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile. For this, Cloudflare checks technical information about your browser and connection, including your IP address. For Turnstile, the website owner is responsible for the processing and Cloudflare acts on their behalf. We do not use this data for any other purpose.

To limit spam, the website keeps only an anonymous counter of sends (the time and the result). It contains no names, addresses or message texts.

Cookies and tracking

The website uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and loads no fonts from third-party sites. Cloudflare’s security services, including the spam check, may store technical data in your browser that is needed only for them to work.

Hosting

The website runs on the Cloudflare platform. Like any host, it processes technical details of requests (for example your IP address and browser type) to deliver the website and protect it from abuse.
